When you place an order on our website, the order is added to our production queue. Many of our chocolates are made-to-order. It's important to us that we ship the freshest chocolates possible. Unlike other stores, our products do NOT sit in a warehouse for months or years. 

As a result, fulfillment can take up to 21 days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
